Deposit  A 20% deposit will be taken at the time of booking. Please note this is a non refundable deposit but can be transferred to a future booking made within 12 months of the original.

Cancellation Please note when making a booking you are entering in to a legally binding contract.     Should you cancel or curtail your reservation within 21 days of arrival and we are unable to re let your room you will be liable for the cost of the holiday.
