All prices include a traditional breakfast selection and complimentary tea and cakes on arrival served between 4 and 6p.m.

Payment

We accept cash cheques and debit card payments; Credit cards are also accepted but incur a 4% handling charge.

 

Deposits

A deposit of one nights stay or 20% ( which ever is the greater) of the holiday is charged at the time of booking. Cheque or card details can secure the deposit.

 

Cancellation

Please note when making a reservation you are entering in to a legally binding contract. Deposits are non refundable but can be carried forward to a future booking made within 12 months of the original. Cancellations made within 7 days of the holiday may result in a charge up the full cost of the booking if the room cannot be resold. It is advisable to take out holiday insurance to cover such eventualities.

 

Arrival and Departures

Check in is from 4pm when we will serve complimentary tea and cakes. Departure is no later than 10.30 a.m. We would be grateful if guests could adhere to these times to enable us to ensure that rooms remain serviced to our high standards. If guests wish to arrive early they are welcome to leave their car in the car park and explore the surrounding area.

 

Children

Due to the nature of this property we are sorry but we are unable to take children below the age
of 12.

 

Pets

We are sorry for the inconvenience but we do not accept pets, however assistance dogs
are welcome.
